康雁，博士，教授，博士生导师，东软医疗系统有限公司副总裁兼临床应用事业部总经理, 太阳成集团tyc122cc中荷生物医学与信息工程学院前任院长, 医学成像与智能分析教育部工程研究中心主任。国际电工标准委员会诊断影像设备分技术委员会（IEC/TC62B）主席，中国医用x 射线设备和用具标准化技术委员会主任委员，教育部生物医学工程专业教学指导委员会委员，国家食品药品监督管理总局医疗器械分类委员会执委会委员，中国电子学会生物医学电子学分会副主任委员。毕业于西安交通大学, 先后获学士和硕士学位，2002 年毕业于德国埃尔兰根-纽伦堡大学，获博士学位。2004 年在美国斯坦福大学做博士后研究员。研究方向包括医学成像、医学影像智能辅助、影像云及临床专科智能辅助。
 
Prof. Dr. Yan Kang， Vice president of Neusoft Medical Systems and general managerof Clinical Application Business Unit, He was the ex-dean of Sino-Dutch Biomedical and Information Engineering School, Northeastern University. He is the Chairman of Sub-Technique Commission of Medical Diagnostic Imaging Equipment, International ElectrotechnicalCommission (IEC/TC62B), Chairman of China Standards Committee for Medical XrayEquipment and Devices, committee member of National Education Guidance of Biomedical Engineering, Executive member of the National Medical Equipment Classification of CFDA, and he also served as the editor of the Journal of China Medical Equipment. He is the member of RSNA and RSE.Dr. Kang obtained his Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1987 and 1990. He earned his Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Medical Physics, University of Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany in 2002. He worked in the Laboratory of Image Guided Surgery, Stanford University as a post doctorate scholar in 2004. His research activities mainly focus on Medical Imaging, Medical Intelligent Assistance, and Computer Simulations. and he has 20 patents, 100 papers and 2 books published.
